1. Shipping & Delivery Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Under our Shipping Policy, your order’s arrival depends on two factors:

  • Handling Time: 0-3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 4-7 business days for Standard/Free delivery, or 2-5 business days for Fast delivery. In total, most customers receive their items within 4 to 10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Delivery for all domestic orders within the United States that have a subtotal of $100.00 or more. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $6.99 applies for standard shipping.

What is the order cut-off time?

Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing within our 0-3 day handling window. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be queued for the following business day.


2. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more details, please visit our Returns and Refund Policy.

How fast are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Indianapolis facility, we commit to a 2-day return window processing time. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within this timeframe.

How will I receive my money back?

Approved refunds are issued at 100% of the product value and are processed exclusively via PayPal to ensure transaction security.
